Position: Messenger / Utility Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver, pick up, and distribute documents, packages, and other company-related items in a timely manner.
• Process transactions and submit documents, and other offices as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office premises and common areas.
• Assist in basic office maintenance and utility tasks.
• Support administrative and operational requirements as assigned.
• Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of company documents and materials.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or College Level.
• With experience as a Messenger, Utility Staff, or similar role is an advantage.
• Familiar with processing documents in government agencies, banks, and other establishments.
• Physically fit and capable of performing utility-related tasks.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and responsible.
• Can work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
