TL AISA:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and minor repairs
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies
• Support setup and breakdown of events or meetings
• Monitor inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuums
• Assist other departments with special projects as needed
