Job Summary:

The Utility Personnel (Estate Cleaning) is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and basic upkeep of estate grounds, outdoor areas, and common facilities within Paseo de Lipa. The role ensures a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for tenants, visitors, and staff through consistent estate cleaning and sanitation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of estate grounds and common outdoor areas, including walkways, parking areas, landscaped spaces, and perimeter zones
• Sweep, collect, and properly dispose of trash, leaves, and debris
• Assist in basic upkeep of restrooms, guardhouses, and common facilities (if assigned)
• Support periodic general cleaning, washing, and pressure cleaning of pavements and outdoor surfaces
• Ensure trash bins are emptied, cleaned, and properly placed
• Report damaged facilities, unsafe conditions, or maintenance concerns to the supervisor
• Use cleaning tools and equipment properly, including brooms, hoses, pressure washers, and basic cleaning materials
• Follow safety, sanitation, and environmental guidelines at all times
• Maintain professional conduct when dealing with tenants, visitors, and co-workers
• Perform other utility-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate or equivalent
• Preferably with experience in estate cleaning, utility work, groundskeeping, or janitorial services
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Physically fit and capable of outdoor work under varying weather conditions
• Honest, hardworking, and dependable
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
• Preferably residing in or near Lipa City, Batangas
