Responsibilities:

• Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage a team of Financial Advisors to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit new agents, enhance team performance and drive business growth.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering coaching and support to improve productivity and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with overall agency objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of service and client.

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, insurance, and investment products.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance and to develop MDRT advisors.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
