This is a full-time hybrid role located in Metro Manila with flexibility for remote work. As a Unit Head Associate at Manulife Philippines, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting and building your own team, managing and leading Financial Advisors, overseeing daily operations, driving performance, and ensuring team success. You are also engaged in providing financial planning and investment advice to clients.

• Educational Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
• Experience Level:
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in financial consulting or similar role
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong leadership and recruiting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of team management and development
• Ability to strategize, plan, and execute business objectives
• Bachelor's degree holder
• Sales and marketing experience in Pharmaceutical, Health and Medical, Banking and Financial Industry
• Good track record of success in dealing with people at all levels, preferably in services, such as Human Resource, Accounting, FMCG, Academe, Life Coaching, Consultancy, Medical, Law, BPO
• Strong-willed and self-starter entrepreneurial mindset
• Competent in all Microsoft Office and/or iOS software, video conferencing platforms, messaging applications, and social media
