Join Our Team as a UI/UX Designer with Product Management Skills!

We’re a new and dynamic startup based in the Philippines, focused on developing an innovative platform for managing employee allowances, starting with food allowances. Our mission is to simplify the allowance management process for companies while enhancing the experience for employees. We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with experience in Product Management to help us bring our vision to life by designing an intuitive, beautiful, and functional product.

Location: BGC, Taguig City, Philippines

Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week, 9 hours per day

Compensation: Base salary of PHP 120,000 per month (with potential bonuses based on performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX Design: Develop and design all screens and user interfaces for our platform, ensuring an intuitive, user-centered experience for both desktop and mobile applications.
• Collaborate in Product Strategy: Work closely with the CEO and CTO to define product vision, prioritize features, and translate business needs into detailed design concepts and prototypes.
• Create Prototypes and User Flows: Build wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma (or similar tools) to illustrate user experience and optimize design solutions.
• User Testing and Feedback Integration: Conduct user testing, analyze feedback, and refine designs based on insights to continuously improve the product experience.
• Design System Development: Establish a cohesive design language and maintain a style guide that ensures a consistent look and feel across the platform.

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile applications.
• Experience in Product Management or a demonstrated ability to work closely on product strategy, feature prioritization, and user needs analysis.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools, with an ability to create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for mobile and web applications.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of frontend basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus, though not required.
