LOOKING FOR: UI/UX Designer

Location: Cebu City

Work Set-up: Onsite/Hybrid

We're looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You'll collaborate with our Australian product and engineering teams to turn business and user needs into high-quality designs.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct and apply user research to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, personas, and journey maps.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations.
• Continuously improve design processes and user experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX design and user research experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and design/prototyping tools.
• Experience with design systems and Agile workflows.
• Strong understanding of usability and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira is a plus.
• Graphic design experience is an advantage.
