Position: UX/UI Visual Designer

Work Set‑Up: Onsite
Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 80,000
Allowances & Benefits:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ professional experience in UI design, graphic design, or digital product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital design projects and case studies
- Advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent design tools
- Excellent aesthetic judgment and ability to deliver user‑centered, brand‑aligned designs
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring intuitive navigation and seamless user experience
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
- Produce wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI assets for development handoff
- Develop marketing banners, promotional creatives, social media assets, and brand visuals consistent with brand guidelines
- Support branding initiatives, campaigns, and product launches with compelling visual design
- Uphold high creative standards, explore emerging design trends, and contribute to design reviews with constructive feedback
