Key Responsibilities

1. Basic Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform preventive maintenance services (oil change, filter replacement, lubrication, etc.).
• Assist in basic repairs of engine, aircon brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Conduct trucks and heavy equipment vehicle inspections and identify visible issues.
• Conduct on-site diagnostics (field service) maintenance, and repairs of heavy trucks and equipment.

2. Technical Support

• Assist Senior Mechanics in diagnostics and major repairs.
• Prepare tools, equipment, and parts needed for service jobs.
• Follow instructions and repair procedures based on manufacturer standards.

3. Workshop Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area (5S standards).
• Properly handle tools, equipment, and workshop machinery.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of parts and materials.

4. Documentation

• Record work performed in job orders and service checklists.
• Assist in documenting parts used and labor time.
• Report findings and issues to Senior Mechanic

5. Safety Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure safe handling of tools, heavy equipment, and hazardous materials.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately.

6. Learning & Development

• Participate in technical training and certification programs.
• Continuously improve technical skills and product knowledge.
• Stay updated on new truck models and service procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an automotive or truck mechanic, preferably in logistics or industrial operations.
• Knowledgeable in vehicle diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Skilled in using automotive tools and diagnostic equipment.
• TESDA certification in Automotive Servicing is an advantage.
• Willing to work overtime or field assignments if required.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday - 08:00AM to 05:00PM

Work Location: Golden Mile Business Park, Carmona, Cavite
