Position: Treasury Supervisor

Job description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash management, including fund transfers, monitoring of balances, and bank account reconciliations.
• Supervise and process disbursements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for company operations and projects.
• Coordinate with banks for account management, fund placements, loan transactions, and bank documentation.
• Prepare periodic cash flow reports and other treasury-related financial reports for management review.
• Support compliance with internal controls and company policies related to treasury and disbursements.
• Ensure all treasury records and transactions are properly documented and archived for audit and statutory compliance.
• Address and resolve any issues related to treasury operations, including discrepancies in transactions and banking matters.
• Support Finance Head in budgeting, forecasting, and other financial management initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Accountancy graduate
• At least 3–5 years relevant experience in treasury, cash management, or finance operations
• Experience in supervising teams or managing processes is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems/tools
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Amenable to work onsite and start as soon as possible.
