The Treasury Officer (Cash Management and Control Officer) oversees the overall cash management and control function of the company by analyzing the cash flow of every Business Unit. Provides accurate financial insights to support effective planning, liquidity management, and decision-making for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational and funding requirements.
• Forecast payables in alignment with the approved budget and cash flow projections.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for planning and investment decisions.
• Supervise and guide the cash management team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen cash management systems and processes.
• Review, consolidate, and analyze company-wide cash flow reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
• Prior exposure to cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and investment analysis.
• Experience in banking relationships and managing multiple business units’ cash positions.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel/financial modeling.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting tools, and financial reporting frameworks.
