Responsibilities

• Cash Management: Monitor daily cash positions to ensure the company has adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and payment disbursements.
• Forecasting: Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow models to track actual movements against budget projections.
• Bank Reconciliations: Interface with banking partners, reconcile statements, and resolve any banking or fee discrepancies.
• Risk & FX Management: Identify and track foreign exchange exposures, assisting with corporate hedging programs.
• Capex Governance: Track capital expenditures against approved budgets and assist with intercompany or portfolio reporting.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

• Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, financial modeling, VLOOKUP) are mandatory.
• System Familiarity: Practical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software like SAP or Oracle, as well as Treasury Management Systems (TMS) such as GTreasury or Kyriba.
• Data Visualization: Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
