Job Description

• Process and prepare outgoing payments through SAP and other payment systems.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely execution of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with departments, suppliers, banks, and stakeholders on payment concerns.
• Monitor GlobalPayments transactions and liquidation of employee advances (AOE).
• Update payment and check statuses in SAP and facilitate check releases.
• Maintain organized treasury records, files, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare, route, and track documents for approval and bank transactions.
• Assist in treasury reporting, respond to inquiries, and perform administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in treasury, accounting, finance, or administrative functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Able to handle confidential information, perform fieldwork, and work efficiently under pressure while meeting deadlines.
