Job Description
- Prepares and submits all documents required for loan or lease applications on a timely basis. Regularly monitor and report monthly status of loan and lease balances and covenants.
- Ensure PDCs are issued as agreed
- Prepares cash flow reports and identifies and evaluate variances
- Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow (daily, weekly monthly quarterly, etc.)
- Monitors bank transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report and any unusual items are investigated.
- Complete all cash management set-up documentation, prepares correspondence and proposals directed to and for cash management
- Recommends improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy (Non - Nego)
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Bank Reconciliation. (Non - Nego)
- Knowledge IFRS
- Computer Literate
- Accountancy Software (Sap, QuickBooks)
- MS Office Tools (MS Excel)
