Treasury Assistant

Treasury Assistant:

Job Description:

•Responsible for assisting in managing the organization's cash flow, and financial assets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations

• Ensures that all collections, either cash or check, are deposited to maintain cash positions.

• Prepares daily cash position reports

• Validates payment deposited and reconciles with credit and collection records.

• Assist and support in physical cash counting activities.

• Accomplish administrative tasks such as filing of OR slip and AP vouchers/check

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Accounting Management, Financial Management, or in a related field.

• At least 6 months or 1 year of working experience as treasury assistant is preferred.

• Billing experience is an advantage

• Systematic and keen to details

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Willing to assign in Aseana, Parañaque
