JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Performs Fund Generation Activities.

• Sale of deposit substitute products to retail and non-financial institution or corporation accounts.
• In charge of handing customer concern.

2. Evaluate, develop and implement products/services to optimize

• Provide support to the departments regarding new products and services, including capital markets.
• Recommend and implement new process improvements.

3. Ensure accurate and timely settlement of Treasury transactions.

• Check movement of funds based on daily fund plan report, make necessary recommendations if necessary.
• Responsible in proving accurate daily cash flow projection and manage company’s liquidity.

4. Ensure compliance with management and regulatory requirements

• Proper implementation of AMLA KYC procedures, accuracy of reported data against provided supporting documents.
• Review of KYC documents.

5. Recording

• On time and accurate recording of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports.
• Ensures accurate and timely settlement of treasury transactions to bank counterparties.

6. Reporting / Filing

• Conduct weekly/monthly/annual inventory of accountable documents.
• Monitoring of document deficiencies and updating of deposit substitute folders.
• Generation of various reports, for better analysis of treasury products and services.

7. Others

• Review and updating of Treasury Department Policy and Procedures.
• In charge of safekeeping and maintenance of all accountable documents.
• Manage the maintenance, modification, operation and implementation of modules assigned on the Treasury system.
• Study current Treasury processes and initiate changes if necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (any Business Course preferably Banking and Finance);
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and market data provider (Reuters or Bloomberg).
• Strong understanding of cash management and financial instruments
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
• At least a year of experience in a bank or multi-national company, familiarity with bank products.
