JOB DESCRIPTION:
Monitor daily cash positions and manage banking relationships.
Record and reconcile treasury transactions (cash, investments, loans).
Prepare cash forecasts, liquidity reports, and month-end closings.
Support compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Assist with treasury risk management, including interest and FX exposure.
NOTE: Experienced must be from Construction or Real Estate Industry
