The Disbursement Officer oversees the entire corporate disbursement process, ensuring that all fund releases, vendor payments, and corporate transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with established company policies and financial controls. This role acts as a critical checkpoint for financial integrity, managing multiple business units' cash positions and daily banking operations. The Officer analyzes disbursement cycles, supervises fund reconciliation, and partners with banking relations to drive continuous process optimization and system improvements within the finance division.

Key Responsibilities

• Disbursement Supervision: Supervise and coordinate daily disbursement operations across various business units to ensure strict alignment with corporate financial controls.
• Voucher Approval & System Management: Review and approve (Level 2/Final Approver) all validated online disbursements and Disbursement Vouchers (DV) through the SAP Accounting System for Elev8 Media (EMI) only.
• Transmittal & Bill Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of paid bills included in transmittals prepared by Disbursement Assistants for all business units utilizing both QB (QuickBooks) and SAP systems.
• Report Analysis & Management Review: Review Disbursement Reports—including summaries of signed checks, check vouchers, and outstanding or unliquidated cash disbursement requests—and prepare analytical management reports (ManComm Reports).
• Fund & Credit Card Reconciliation: Ensure the timely reconciliation of petty cash and revolving funds, and rigorously reconcile and validate all corporate credit card transactions for Elev8 Holdings, Inc. (EHI), Elev8 Media (EMI), and Elev8 Trading and Marketing Corporation (ETMC).
• Banking Relations & Treasury Innovation: Collaborate with Banking Relations and external banking partners to explore, develop, and implement improved, highly automated disbursement methods.
• Process Optimization & Audit Support: Drive continuous system improvements, process optimization initiatives, and provide full technical data support during internal and external financial audit activities.

Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: High proficiency in advanced Excel and financial modeling. Strong familiarity with corporate banking platforms, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, investment analysis, financial regulations, risk management practices, budgeting, and financial reporting frameworks.
• Behavioral Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to data precision, powerful organizational skills, absolute integrity when handling large corporate funds, and strong stakeholder management capabilities to handle multiple internal business units.
• Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. Must possess at least 3–5 years of solid experience in treasury, disbursement, or corporate finance operations. Proven experience in managing banking relationships and overseeing cash positions across multiple business units is highly preferred.
