Description

The Treasury Associate will have to check the net finances of the firm. It is her/his duty to monitor the cash flow of the corporate business and accordingly analyze whether the firm is experiencing enough profits.

  • Monitors the billing department and enter the required details in the right files
  • Tracks the net expenses for the day
  • Tally the earnings, expenses and preparing the financial reports on a regular basis
  • Check whether or not the bank statements and records have been duly filled and submitted
  • Involve with customer service grievance activities that are related to financial transactions
  • Preparing daily records of all banking activities and produce consolidated report for higher authorities if required
  • Reconciliation and encoding of credit card payments


Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in the field of Accountancy, Business and Finance or any Business course
  • Has good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail and result-oriented
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
