Description

Administers and processes all Petty Cash transactions within the parameters of Larga International Logistics Inc. policies and procedures.
Providing safe and secure storage of the cash fund.
Keeping each fund separate from other funds or accounts.
Maintaining proper documentation.
Will keep the voucher and receipts in the petty cash drawer and will replenish the fund as needed.
Must make funds and receipts available to state and internal auditors, upon presentation of proper identification, while they perform verifications.
Must hold cash registering book and update it on a daily basis.
Perform other tasks that the operation may require.

Requirements

Graduate of BS Accountancy or related degree
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the same field
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
Good Communication Skills
