Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design exciting & competitive outbound tour packages & calculate costing.
• Source new and update existing outbound travel products and making sure prices are kept up to date and competitive.
• Prepare proposals and ensure all proposals are followed up to conclusion in a timely manner.
• Handle customers’ requests for outbound packages & outbound tour operations.
• Advise clients on travel arrangements, e.g. travel destinations, passport and visas.

• At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as Outbound Tours and Ticketing Supervisor preferred
• Degree in business, marketing, or any other related field
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, customs and currencies
• Knowledge of Travel & Expenses reporting and processing
• Extensive knowledge of the travel management process
• Has sales, operational, and customer relations management background
• Strongly developed networking and communication as well as analytical skills
• High customer orientation and business acumen
• Ability to organize projects simultaneously and keep an eye on the details
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests, clients, and vendors
• Interpersonal skills as well as the will and ability to cooperate with people from other departments and managerial levels
• Must possess excellent organizational, promotional, communication, and cooperative skills along with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
