• The Travel Experience Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, tour services, and related travel products of Travelight Leisure and Tours, Inc. The role focuses on generating new clients, assisting customers with travel planning, and ensuring excellent customer service from inquiry to booking confirmation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell local and international tour packages, visa assistance services, and travel-related products.
• Identify and develop new clients through online inquiries, referrals, and direct prospecting.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide suitable travel options based on their needs and budget.
• Prepare travel proposals, quotations, and itineraries for clients.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
