Job Summary

The Corporate Sales Manager – International Airline Ticketing is responsible for leading the company's corporate sales operations, with a primary focus on acquiring and managing corporate clients requiring international airline ticketing services, particularly for United States (USA) and Japan destinations.


The Corporate Sales Manager develops and implements strategic sales plans, builds long-term relationships with corporate accounts, government agencies, educational institutions, travel partners, and business organizations, while ensuring the achievement of sales and revenue targets. The role also oversees the Corporate Sales Team and supports the company's expansion into additional international destinations and travel-related services.



Key Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Corporate Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase corporate airline ticket sales.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate accounts requiring international travel services.
  • Establish business relationships with corporations, government agencies, schools, universities, NGOs, travel coordinators, recruitment agencies, and other organizations.
  • Promote the company's international airline ticketing services, with emphasis on USA and Japan-bound flights.
  • Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and business negotiations.
  • Prepare customized travel proposals and corporate pricing solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate sales targets.


2. Account Management


  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular account visits to understand client travel requirements.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and service issues.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for additional business.
  • Negotiate and renew corporate service agreements.


3. Sales Team Leadership


  • Supervise, coach, and motivate Corporate Sales Executives and Sales Associates.
  • Assign sales territories and client accounts.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and pipeline development.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Recommend training and development programs to improve team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.


4. Sales Planning & Strategy


  • Develop annual and monthly sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, airline promotions, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging international travel markets.
  • Recommend strategies to improve market share and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Ticketing Department to ensure efficient service delivery.


5. Revenue & Performance Management


  • Monitor sales performance against established targets.
  • Analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and revenue projections.
  • Ensure profitability of corporate accounts.
  • Recommend pricing strategies in coordination with management.



6. Coordination & Operations


  • Coordinate with the Ticketing Department regarding corporate bookings and special requests.
  • Ensure timely issuance of airline tickets and travel itineraries.
  • Assist in resolving booking concerns and operational issues affecting corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding billing, collections, and credit arrangements for corporate accounts.


7. Marketing & Business Promotion


  • Represent the company during business meetings, networking events, trade fairs, and corporate functions.
  • Develop referral partnerships and strategic alliances.
  • Promote company travel services and international ticketing solutions.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.


8. Compliance


  • Ensure compliance with company policies, airline regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of corporate client information.
  • Protect the company's reputation through professional conduct.
  • Ensure proper documentation of contracts, quotations, and corporate agreements.
