Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Airline Ticket Sales (Primary Responsibility)

• Actively promote and sell domestic and international airline tickets to prospective clients.
• Approach and assist travelers in selecting the most suitable flight schedules, airlines, and fare options.
• Provide accurate airfare quotations and travel itineraries.
• Explain airline policies, baggage allowances, ticket restrictions, and travel requirements.
• Coordinate with the Ticketing Department for booking confirmations, ticket issuance, and reservation updates.
• Assist customers with ticket rebooking, cancellations, rescheduling, and other ticket-related inquiries.
• Achieve assigned airline ticket sales targets.

2. Customer Service

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide complete and accurate travel information.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and travel records.

3. Travel Assistance

• Promote travel insurance and other travel-related services offered by the company.
• Provide basic guidance on travel requirements and documentation.
• Refer customers requiring visa processing assistance to the appropriate department.
• Cross-sell additional travel products and services whenever applicable.

4. Sales and Marketing

• Generate daily sales leads through active customer engagement.
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Promote company airfare promotions, travel packages, and seasonal offers.
• Participate in company marketing activities and sales campaigns.
• Build referral networks with nearby businesses and establishments.

5. Administrative Responsibilities

• Prepare customer inquiry forms and booking requests.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Submit daily activity reports, sales reports, and lead generation reports.
• Ensure proper handling of company documents and promotional materials.

6. Compliance

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
• Protect confidential customer information.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Maintain honesty, integrity, and accountability in every transaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in airline ticketing, travel agency operations, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven, customer-focused, and goal-oriented.
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and online booking systems.
• Willing to work in field assignments near the United States Embassy, Japan Embassy, or other designated locations.
• Willing to be reassigned as business operations expand.
