- Provide expert travel advice and planning services to clients.
- Manage customer inquiries and bookings efficiently through GDS systems.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and regulations.
- Assist clients with itinerary changes and travel document requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:1–3 years in travel consulting or a related field
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in GDS systems; excellent communication and customer service skills
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to handle multiple clients and travel plans simultaneously
- Qualities and Traits:Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver
