- Assist clients with their travel inquiries including flights, hotels, insurance, and visa requirements
- Make and manage bookings using the GDS system
- Provide tailor-made travel solutions and quotations
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer journey from inquiry to post-booking
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Stay updated on travel regulations, trends, and promotions.
- Manage travel itineraries and changes efficiently.
- Utilize booking systems and tools for efficient travel management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the travel and tourism industry
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Strong background in air ticketing, hotel bookings, tour packages, and visa services.
- Excellent communication skills and customer handling abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willing to work onsite and can work on weekends and holidays.
- With high sense of integrity and accountability and with Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willing to join the team immediately.
