Description
- Assist clients in planning their ideal trips based on preferences and budgets.
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Provide information on travel regulations, documentation, and travel insurance.
- Handle booking procedures and payment processing efficiently.
- Maintain client relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level:0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
- Qualities and Traits:Passionate about travel and customer service.
- Working Conditions:May require weekend or evening work during peak travel seasons.
