Key Responsibilities:

• Handle airline ticket booking and issuance (domestic and international)
• Arrange hotel accommodations, tour packages, and transportation services
• Assist clients with visa requirements and travel documentation
• Prepare travel itineraries and quotations based on client needs
• Provide travel consultation and recommend suitable destinations and packages
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour suppliers
• Manage rebooking, cancellations, and refunds
• Ensure all bookings are accurate, complete, and processed on time
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience in travel and tours industry
• Strong knowledge in ticketing, reservations, and travel arrangements
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under pressure
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Familiar with international travel requirements and visa processing
