Logistic Staff

Multi Frozen Food Mart Corp is seeking a dedicated and organised Logistic Staff member to join our dynamic warehouse and distribution team. This is a full-time position based in Cainta, Rizal, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations. As Logistic Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the movement, storage and distribution of frozen food products, contributing directly to our supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role is fundamental to maintaining our high standards of service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

1. Receive, inspect and accurately record incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality of frozen food products
2. Organise and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage conditions and easy accessibility for order fulfilment
3. Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with customer requirements and company standards
4. Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring products remain at optimal temperatures throughout the process
5. Maintain accurate records of stock movements, transfers and shipments using warehouse management systems
6. Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
7. Comply with health, safety and food storage regulations, particularly regarding temperature control and hygiene standards
8. Support the logistics team in optimising warehouse layouts and distribution routes
9. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors and distribution partners to ensure seamless operations

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience working in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment, preferably within food storage or frozen goods handling
2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
3. Physical capability to perform manual handling duties, including lifting, carrying and standing for extended periods
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and processing information
5. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and basic computer literacy
6. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards, or willingness to obtain relevant certifications
7. Ability to work in cold storage environments comfortably
8. A reliable, punctual and safety-conscious attitude
9. Strong teamwork and communication skills
10. Valid driver's license would be advantageous for product delivery support
