Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily road transport operations and delivery schedules.
- Manage truck allocation, dispatching, and fleet utilization.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply, Terminal Operations, customers, and accredited haulers.
- Monitor transport KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Truck Utilization, Turnaround Time (TAT), Delivery Success Rate, and Transport Costs.
- Ensure compliance with HESS standards, transportation regulations, and company policies.
- Investigate transport incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate RTG schedulers and transport personnel.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
Qualifications
- EXPERIENCED IN OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in transportation, fleet management, logistics, and transport scheduling.
- Knowledge of ERP/TMS systems, GPS fleet tracking, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
