Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily road transport operations and delivery schedules.
  • Manage truck allocation, dispatching, and fleet utilization.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply, Terminal Operations, customers, and accredited haulers.
  • Monitor transport KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Truck Utilization, Turnaround Time (TAT), Delivery Success Rate, and Transport Costs.
  • Ensure compliance with HESS standards, transportation regulations, and company policies.
  • Investigate transport incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate RTG schedulers and transport personnel.
  • Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce logistics costs.


Qualifications

  • EXPERIENCED IN OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in transportation, fleet management, logistics, and transport scheduling.
  • Knowledge of ERP/TMS systems, GPS fleet tracking, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
