Description
- Design and implement training programs for employees at various levels.
- Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions in a classroom or virtual setting.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to participants to reinforce learning.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a training or instructional role
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to engage and motivate learners
- Working Conditions: Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions
