Join a global smart mobility SaaS company with over 2.6 million subscribers across 24 countries. We are looking for a Product Trainer who can deliver impactful training programs to both internal teams and external clients.

What You'll Do

• Conduct classroom, online, and onsite product training sessions for clients and employees

• Identify training needs and develop effective training programs

• Deliver training in both English and Filipino

• Conduct induction, product onboarding, and new product launch training

• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements when needed

• Gather customer feedback and recommend solutions to enhance user experience

• Create and update training materials, user guides, and learning resources

• Support onboarding and product training initiatives across different markets

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, or any related field, or equivalent work experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or a similar role

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills

• Confident in conducting stand-up training sessions

• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino

• Willing to work onsite in Makati

• Willing to travel and conduct field work as required
