Job description:

Join us as a Part-Time ITIL v5 Foundation Instructor for our in-person course. The training runs for two full days (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and is offered only once a month, exclusively on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver ITIL training programs tailored to the needs of the audience (foundation, intermediate, or expert levels).
• Conduct classroom, virtual, or hybrid training sessions with a focus on ITIL principles, processes, and best practices.
• Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, case studies, and practice exams.
• Assess training needs and customize content to align with organizational goals and learner requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to participants to ensure understanding and application of ITIL concepts.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest ITIL versions, trends, and industry developments to ensure training content is current and relevant.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify gaps and recommend improvements in IT service management practices.

Qualifications:

• ITIL Certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience as an ITIL Trainer or in a similar role, with a minimum of [2] years of experience in IT service management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks (v4/v5) and their practical application in real-world scenarios.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse audiences.
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting assessments.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Preferred: Experience in IT service management roles (e.g., IT Service Desk, Incident Management, Change Management).
