Work Location:

Moonleaf Office – RCS Building, Matatag Street, Central Quezon City

Who We’re Looking For:

• At least College Level or Graduate (Preferably HRM or any related course)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Coffee industry experience is a plus
• Comfortable facilitating or presenting training sessions
• Strong coaching and observation skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive in guiding teams
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Physically fit for hands-on training and store visits

Your Mission:

• Train and guide new and existing team members
• Help develop confident and skilled baristas
• Support store teams in maintaining great service and product standards
• Create engaging, interactive training sessions
