The Operations Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of employees in operational roles.
- Design training materials and programs
- Conduct training sessions
- Evaluate training effectiveness
- Provide ongoing support to trainees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in training or operations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
