Managing Retail Operations Excellence by adapting and developing brand-specific education content to meet market requirements, and deliver all brand-specific content to commercial teams.

Responsibilities

1. Interpret and adapt regional programs and curriculum for local relevance and delivery.
2. Collate and communicate relevant marketing information across commercial teams.
3. Initiate full brand education curriculum-planning and calendar in accordance with brand standards and timelines.
4. Develop locally relevant instore Education content for commercial sales including product tech sheets, guidelines and how to’s, tools, coaching tips, spiels, and services menu.
5. Plan and coordinate mystery shopping program and action plans for customer service excellence.
6. Conduct regular field visit to monitor training retention and application.
7. Hosts and/or spearhead masterclass and beauty class.
8. Assist in handling recruitment of sales force for brand image and high performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and above
• 3 years and above experiences in Retail, Sales, or related industries
• Make-up artistry and/or Skincare training exposure
• Solid Beauty Retail experience is a plus
