Position Overview

We are looking for a Training Specialist who will focus on product orientation, demonstrations, and hands-on training for INGCO products. The role is responsible for ensuring employees and store personnel fully understand product functions, features, and proper usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product orientation sessions explaining functions and features of INGCO products

• Perform hands-on demonstrations of tools and equipment

• Train employees, sales staff, and store personnel on product usage

• Demonstrate proper handling and safe operation of power tools

• Provide clear and engaging product presentations

• Assist in introducing new product lines through orientation sessions

• Answer product-related inquiries and provide technical guidance

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for training schedules

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related course

• Experience in product orientation, training, or product demonstration is an advantage

• Confident in conducting hands-on product demonstrations

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Knowledgeable or willing to learn INGCO products and power tools

• Ability to explain technical product features clearly

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Willing to work onsite in Caloocan City
