About the Role

Are you passionate about developing people and driving performance We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to lead training initiatives for our Telco account You will play a key role in onboarding upskilling and coaching employees to achieve operational excellence in a fast paced BPO environment

Key Responsibilities

• Training and Development
• Deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and tenured agents
• Facilitate onboarding programs covering company and client policies telco processes and tools communication and call handling techniques
• Provide floor support and coaching to improve performance
• Continuously enhance training materials and delivery methods

Compliance and Program Management

• Ensure adherence to company and client compliance standards
• Update training modules based on process or policy changes
• Maintain training documentation and learning resources

Collaboration and Reporting

• Work with Operations and Leadership to identify skill gaps
• Track trainee progress and maintain accurate reports
• Support other sites when needed

Qualifications

• At least 2 years Trainer or Team Leader experience in a Telco account BPO setting
• Open to High School or SHS graduates or Bachelors degree holders
• Strong communication facilitation and presentation skills
• Analytical and problem solving abilities
• Experience in coaching and performance improvement
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a shifting schedule
• Open to Filipino or local applicants only
