Basic Responsibilities                                                                                    

1.   Submit weekly reports, to include name and number of guards for training of guards for license renewal within the next 6 months;

2.   Prepare After Training Reports as necessary;

3.   Conduct face to face or online training to detachments as necessary, including those in the provinces;

4.   Prepare training budgets for the approval of Finance and President;  

5.   Submit to Accounting a deduction report for all the guards training (RTC/PLTC, Firing etc.;     

6.   Scout for non-organic enrollees, subject to an agreed commission basis;

7.   Maximize and keep up-to-date on the use of technology in conducting trainings, both face-to-face and online;
