Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UK Financial Collections Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary to succeed in UK financial collections operations. This role requires expertise in collections processes, banking operations, adult learning principles, and coaching methodologies to drive performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire training, upskilling, refresher courses, and continuous learning programs for collections professionals.
• Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions through both virtual and classroom environments.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning resources.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, observations, knowledge checks, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and mentoring to trainees and employees to improve performance and knowledge retention.
• Monitor trainee progress and recommend interventions when necessary.
• Ensure all training content aligns with business requirements, compliance standards, and operational processes.
• Support training-related reporting, documentation, and administrative requirements.
• Participate in process updates and ensure training materials reflect current policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in:
• UK Financial Collections
• Banking Operations
• Training within a Call Center or Shared Services environment
