Job Title: Trainer (US/UK Operations)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Banking Trainer with a strong background in US/UK banking operations within a call center or shared services environment. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and coaching employees through both virtual and face-to-face training programs to ensure operational readiness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training programs for US/UK banking operations
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led classroom training sessions
• Provide structured coaching, feedback, and performance support to employees
• Develop training materials, guides, and assessments aligned with business processes
• Support quality and operational initiatives to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training effectiveness

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of work experience in US/UK banking operations and training in a call center or shared services environment
• 2–4 years of contact center experience in the banking industry
• Basic understanding of training methodologies for virtual and face-to-face delivery
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Basic understanding of quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to US or UK banking industry
• Experience in underwriting and payouts
