  • Strictly College Graduate of CEC, IT or any tech related courses
  • Atleast 1 year Experience as a Trainer in BPO industry
  • Experience in doing product specific training and/or upskilling
  • Experience doing Training Needs Analysis is a plus
  • Experience handling blended accounts


Core Duties

  • Conduct new hire training for customer service, sales, or support representatives
  • Deliver process and product training based on client requirements
  • Create and update training materials, manuals, and presentations
  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions
  • Assess trainee performance through tests, mock calls, and evaluations
  • Provide coaching and feedback to trainees and endorsed employees
  • Support nesting and transition phases after training
  • Work with Operations and QA teams to align training with KPIs
  • Track and report training progress and certification results
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend refresher training
  • Ensure compliance with company and client standards
  • Assist in onboarding activities and orientation sessions
