The Mobility Account Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for team members handling mobility-related accounts. The role ensures that agents are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their tasks effectively and consistently meet performance standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and implement comprehensive training modules for mobility account team members.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees, covering both technical and process-related topics.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, observations, and feedback.
• Provide constructive feedback and ongoing support to trainees to enhance their performance.
• Collaborate with team leads and management to identify training needs and update training content as required.
• Maintain training documentation and records of employee progress.
• Ensure that all training programs align with company standards and client requirements.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a college graduate of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any related technical course.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer in the BPO industry.
• Experience in conducting product-specific training and/or upskilling programs.
• Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is a plus.
• Experience handling blended accounts (voice and non-voice) is preferred.
