Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in training roles within the BPO/Call Center industry
• Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Learning & Training methodologies
• Skills and Competencies: Experience with Financial, Healthcare, and Insurance Campaigns
• Skills and Competencies: Effective coaching and mentoring skills
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
