- Conduct training sessions for new hires on processes and procedures.
- Develop training materials and manuals based on operational needs.
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs and gaps.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a training role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in BPO/Call Center processes
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of financial, healthcare, and insurance accounts
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and presentation skills
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to adapt training methods to various learning styles
