Hiring: Training and Hosting Specialist

Location: Filinvest Corporate City, Muntinlupa | Onsite & Flexible

What You’ll Do:

- Assist in hosting and facilitating training sessions

- Introduce speakers, manage transitions, and wrap up events

- Keep the audience engaged and support group activities

- Co-facilitate alongside the Lead Trainer

- Deliver foundational trainings on work attitude, personality, basic supervisory skills, workplace readiness, and customer service

- Help prepare materials, training activities, and presentations

-Attend prep meetings and rehearsal sessions

What We’re Looking For:

- Professional and polished presence for corporate audiences

- Strong English communication and stage confidence

- Comfortable facilitating and engaging groups

- Coachable and interested in long-term training and development

- Flexible for weekends, long hours, and occasional travel

- Prior hosting, facilitation, or leadership experience is a plus

- Preferably with laptop or desktop at home

Compensation:

Fixed Monthly: ₱20,000

Per Training Event Assisted: ₱2,000

If Assigned as Main Trainer: +₱5,000 per training day
