The Japanese Speaking Trainer will be responsible for teaching Japanese language skills (speaking, reading, and writing) to students or employees, developing lesson plans, and ensuring effective learning outcomes. This role requires strong communication skills and cultural understanding to facilitate engaging and accurate instruction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Japanese language classes from basic to advanced levels.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize interactive activities to enhance language proficiency and cultural awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance.
  • Stay updated on Japanese language teaching methodologies and tools.


Qualifications:

  • JLPT N3 level or higher
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Language Studies, or related field (preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience in teaching the Japanese language is an advantage.
  • With a minimum of 1-2 years of teaching or training experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective learning environments.
