- Develop and deliver training on products and services (CARRIER BRAND)
- Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements
- Update training materials (e.g. presentations, manuals, videos)
- Facilitate training sessions for employees (promoters)
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and make improvements as needed
- Maintain current knowledge of products and industry developments
- Experience in product training in appliances
- Proficiency with e-learning platforms and multimedia tools
- Bachelor's degree in education, training, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in training or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to assess and understand the needs of learners
- Experience with instructional design and training materials development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
