Job Summary:

The Training and Development Officer are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our Food & Beverage team. This role ensures that all staff are equipped with the proper operational and service standards, aligning training initiatives with the company’s goals and the legacy of excellent Filipino hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, including modules, manuals, presentations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Translate operational processes and F&B practices into clear and effective training content for staff at all levels.
• Facilitate training sessions, both in-classroom and on-the-job, to ensure proper knowledge transfer.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, promoting continuous learning and skill development.
• Collaborate closely with operations and management to ensure all training programs reflect company standards and operational requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards, service quality, and operational procedures in all training materials.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and staff development progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Hospitality Management, Human Resource Management, or related field. (Teaching and Hospitality graduates are a plus)
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining training materials (modules, manuals, presentations, SOPs)
• Relevant experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and food safety practices.
• Experience in training facilitation, classroom instruction, and on-the-job coaching.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with operations and management.
